  Product Introduction: PCD hammer crusher can crush medium and hard materials with maximum feeding size of 600-1900mm and compressive strength below 200Mpa to finished products of less than 40-25mm once only. It's applied to medium hard, crisp, wet materials or those with less sediment percentage, such as limestone and dolomite, in cement, chemical and constructional industries. This series features simple structure, large size reduction ratio,igh productivity, low energy consumption and small floor area. The machine can combine secondary or tertiary crushing into one which simplifies the crushing procedure and reduces the investment.   Working Principle: When it works, the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor, and the materials evenly enter into the crusher so that they are hit, cut, torn and crushed by the highly rotary hammer.Meanwhile, the gravity of materials makes them rush to the baffle and diagrid of the frame from the hammer, and those larger than the size of the sieve pore will remain on the diagrid and be continuously hit and ground by the hammer until their sizes reach appropriate discharging granularity. At last, they can be discharged out of it through the sieve plate.   Performance Characteristics:   1.Large size reduction ratio, even granularity of product;
