a. the vibration system has 2 parts, table vibration and head press vibration. table vibration, driven by the hydraulic motor, makes the compress force in an instant to 90kn, makes the vibration system get the horizontal force; head press vibration, driven by the 2 imported high performance motor, so as to it makes the vibration system get the vertical compress force. So horizontal force and vertical compress force makes the vibraion spreading evenly around the products, shorten the moulding cycle, improve the strength.

b. consists of 1 high speed cylinder and 2 sychronous cylinders, high speed cylinder makes the head press descended and lifting quickly; synchronous cylinder keeps the head press descended and lifting balance.

2. Control System:

a. Mitsubishi PLC, self diagnosed and self locked while trouble shooting

b. Touch screen controller, English and Chinese version for easy-operating between the local and our technician.

c. Omron, Schneider electric componenents for stable and high performance, power saving.

3. Hydraulic System:

a. Hydraulic valve (Calyca, Taiwan) to adjust the flow and the speed of oil, to promise the machine working stable

b. adopts the combination of sealing system, to make sure the hydraulic unit working stable and smooth bcz of 100% connected closely, no leaking at all.
