Main spare parts of waste tyre oil plant

The whole pyrolysis plant is composed by 9 parts:reactor,catalyst chamber,oil-water separator,heavy oil tank,horizontal condenser,light oil tank,safety device,vacuum pump,dust removal device.

Reactor:1.Made by 245R 16mm boiler plate  
          2.Auto welding both inside and outside

          3.With rock wool insulation board

Catalyst chamber:1.Improve oil yield and oil quality  
                       2. Reduce the speed of oil gas, so that it can be better cooled

Heavy/Light oil tank:2 tanks for storing the oil

Water oil separator:1.Separate the oil and water 
                          2.Heavy oil is collected here  
                          3.Water sealing design keep safety

Horizontal condenser:1.Newest design of cooling system,the oil gas is cooled separately by small pipes inside condenser,maximize the cooling effect and improve the oil yield.   2.Light oil is collected here

Vacuum device:Keep machine running under normal pressure

Anti-back fire device:1.Recycle tail gas to furnace as fuel,saving energy  

                             2.Water sealing design prevent tempering

Dust removal device:Dispose of flue gas caused by using coal, wood, oil or natural gas
