This screw rod is made from 99.5% alumina ceramic materials, the use of dry pressing process makes the rod obtain high density and good flexural strength, resulting in better acid corrosion.
On the threaded portion, we use the machining way to make more precise thread size. The thread out of Such processing will get the same accuracy with metal thread.
