Product Introduction:  

Vertical Shaft Hammer Crusher is a new and highly efficient crusher which optimizes the main crushing structure. With an integration of hammer and impact crusher, it's especially applied to crush materials with compressive strength of less than 140Mpa and the humidity of no more than 15%, such as limestone, clinker, coal and other ores, in the construction, mining, metallurgical, coal, cement and chemical industries.
 

Working Principle
:
  It crushes materials mainly by means of the impact. After entering into the crusher, materials are crushed being impacted by the speedy hammer. Then they will rush fast to the baffle and the diagrid after gaining kinetic energy from the hammer. Meanwhile, the mutual collision between materials and crushing make materials smaller than the gap between diagrids discharge while larger ones will be impacted, ground, pressed and crushed on the diagrid by the hammer until they meet the required size.
