Sand grinder is simple structure, excellent working capable, reliable working, high efficiency. It is popular used for construction, metallurgy, mining, electricity, chemical etc industry. Working principle
The drive is on top of machine. Motor is run by gear box, to drive the main shaft. There are 3 or 4 rollers on main shaft. They are installed in conical inside liner, and run in revolution and rotation. The material is feed from top. With its own weight and thrust, it becomes into material deck. Grinding by roller again and again, it becomes into powder. The production is released from bottom. Through bucket elevator, it takes into powder separator. After separating, the fine powder is production. The coarse powder goes back into mill to regrind. In this case, the lifetime for ring and liner is much longer, bcos they do not touch each other. Its gap can be adjusted.
Sand grinder adopts medium speed with medium pressure, continuous grinding. The material is feed from top and release from bottom. Grinding and separator is two step. Grinding liner, main mill shaft, spring , thickness of material deck can all be adjusted. Along with powder separator, it is very easy to adjust the producdtion size, and make the machine work well.
Working characteristic
- If grind -1.5mm limestone powder,the wearable for roller and liner is not more than 5g/t. So it can continuously use around 1-2 years.
- Less air pollution . The noisy is less than 80db. There is no blower in Sand grinder, in this case there is nearly no dust pollution. If there is proper discharge air in bottom, it would be better.
- Easy maintenance .During maintenance, you just need to do lubrication on time. There is less breakdown, high running rate. Longer working life for wearable parts. Easy to change wearable part. Roller can be repaired by surfacing.
- Lower power consumption. During grinding -1.5mm limestone coarse powder, the power consumption is 6-12 kwh/t.
Grinding characteristic ---Grind desulfitation limestone
After the first time grinding, most of production is powder. <1mm takes around 50%. After separation, it takes -1~+0.1mm. Regarding to different inquiry, this can be adjusted.
Bcos of special working principle, during grinding limestone, after several times grinding and curlating, internal stress of limestone is broken. There is many microcrack in limestone powder. Amount of porosity which is inside of the grain is increased. So that the specific surface is increased, the active of limestone powder is increased. This makes desulfitation become faster.
The production size is easy to adjusted. Most of grain is collected around D50. It fit for CFB boiler enquiry.
