Cement mill:

  Product Introduction:   Cement mill is an important part in the cement plant, and it's also called raw material mill or tube mill to grind raw materials of cement. It's applied to open-flow mill as well as ring rolling mill together with the separator. It's characterized by strong adaptability, continuous production, high size reduction ratio and speed-variable grinding size. It's suitable for both dry and wet production or the grinding and drying can be done at the same time. It's mainly applied to construciton, metallurgy, electricity and chemical industries to grind various types of cement clinker and other materials.    Working Principle:   It's a kind of grate ball mill with shell rotation, gear transmission and two bins. Materials enter into the first bin evenly and spirally from the feeding inlet through the hollow shaft. There is the ladder liner or rippling liner inside the bin with steel balls of different specifications. The rotary shell produces centrifugal force which makes steel balls fall from a certain height and impacts and grinds materials. After coarse grinding, they will enter into the second bin through the single layer baffle. There is a flat liner inside the bin with steel balls for further grinding. Powdery materials are discharged through the discharging grate plate to be ground.   Performance Characteristics:   1.Common cement ball mill: most of them are used in the ring mill system, featured by high grinding efficiency, high output and less electricity consumption, more obvious when grinding slag cement. The output of the mill is improved by 15%-20% and the electricity reduces by 10%. In addition, the temperature of finished products reduces by 20℃-40℃ and it's easy to adjust the granularity of products.

2.High fineness high output cement ball mill: it's mainly applied to open-flow mill system, featured by simple process flow, less investment and small floor space of workshop. It adopts advanced internal powder isolation device. The fine grinding bin is equipped with the activation device while there is a discharging grate plate exclusive for the grinding tail, which furthest reduces the size of grinding medium and greatly improves the grinding efficiency to achieve high output and low energy consumption.
