V type air classifier:

  Product Introduction:   V type air classifier is static classifier matched with rolling machine. It scatters material cakes and separates qualified fine powder. It's beneficial to stable operation and improves output. It has drying function. simple structure. long duration of abrasive parts. small air volume and less loss of differential pressure. Fineness of products can be controlled by adjusting wind speed. It's also applied to separation condition such as stone powder classification of road.   Working Principle:   Materials enter from the upper inlet forming curtain and contact with airflow. In the separation zone. ladder oblique baffle disperses materials which make them collide with each other on the baffles. Thus. scattered materials. exposed fine powder and long residence time of curtain on separation zone are achieved. Coarse materials are discharged from the spoiler and the air containing materials are discharged out of the air outlet. Hence. materials and air are separated by the classifier. The baffle plays the role of diversion and material guide. This machine lifts and conveys completely relying on wind power with high accuracy of classification.   Performance Characteristics:   1.It's applied to fine classification of dry micron products including ball, piece or irregular shapes of particles or classifies particles of different density. 2.The size reaches to D97: 3um-150um. The size is endlessly adjustable and it's convenient to change types of materials. 3.The efficiency (extraction percentage) is 60%-90%, which is related to the character of materials and content of qualified particles. Good liquidity and high content of qualified particles ensures high efficiency, and vice versa. 4.High speed of classifier wheel and precise top cutting. 5.It can be used connected with other grades of classifiers which can produce various sizes of products simultaneously. 6.The classifier together with ball mill, vibrating mill and Raymond mill constitutes closed circuit cycle. 7.The system adopts program control with the operational state at real-time display and easy operation. 8.The system works under negative pressure. The dust emission should be less than 40mg/m3. After erasure, the noise shouldn't exceed 75dB(A).   Technical Parameters:
