Steam boiler is an industrial boiler, in which water is heated to a certain parameter and produces high temperature steam, it is widely used for power generation, ship, locomotive, industrial and mining enterprises.

Working principle

Burner releases quantities of heat, which is absorbed by water wall, water then boils and vaporizes, and produces steam into steam drum for separation. After separation, saturated steam gets into superheater, and continue to absorb heat of top chamber, horizontal flue and rail flue via radiation and convection, and make super-heated steam meets the required working temperature.

Classification

According to the structure, it can be classified as vertical steam boiler and horizontal steam boiler.
