PFK-F1000 small paper egg tray making machine:
1. Production capacity : 1000 pieces / hour ( 30 trays , 65g / pieces ) .
2. The main workshop area should not be less than 50 square meters( at least 8.0*6.2
meter) ( warehouses, offices , living rooms are not included) . Workshop for metal
structures or brick structure , located in the first floor with appropriate, effective
height of the workshop should be not less than 2.5m, shop floor must be concrete
structure, with terrazzo floor as well.
3. The full set of equipment power requirements : 58KW (380V 50Hz, 3Phase), while
the actual production capacity of the power consumption of about 70 %.
4. Water consumption : water recycling within the system , no waste water discharge ,
no environmental pollution , water consumption per hour during normal production is
250kg.
5. Operator: Operation worker class 3 to 4 people.
6. Transportation equipment : 20" HQ container shipping all the equipment needed.
7. Kind of Raw material: newspaper, carton paper, raw material consumption:
50~70kgs/hour
8. Under the buyer's request, the Seller should be responsible to dispatch two
technicians to the Buyer to instruct the installation ,debugging and start-up of the
contract equipment. The duration of stay is about 30 days. The round air tickets
between the seller and the buyer will be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer shall
provide salary ,communication,medical,personnel accident insurance, room and
board for the Seller's technician during their staying in the Buyer .
The salary is USD80 per person per day ,totally salary is USD4800. And the
buyer should pay off the expenses( tickets and salary) before installation.
9. Payment term and delivery: 50% Prepayment, 50% before delivery, and delivery
time is within 60 days after prepayment.
