  Non-rivet riveting technology uses press machine and connecting molds produced by our company to form an anti-pulling and anti-piercing joining point in a strong instantaneous high pressure. It can make two or three layers of sheet metal with different materials and／or different thickness join together. This technology has no requirements on the surface of the sheet metal. The coating on the sheet metal is not damaged in the joint. There is a high level of automation during the process and multi-point connection can be conducted synchronically. Joining intensity can be tested and the whole process is monitored automatically. The production efficiency is high.

●MEC04-Frame can fasten and insert nuts within M8 and bolts within M5. If the sizes of the bolts and nuts are larger, customers can choose MEC08-Frame.

Series MEC floor-type press is constructed out of rigid and cost effective cast steel. Throat depth is up to 150 mm. Its flexibility can meet different processing requirements.
