KINGWELL OILFIELD specializes in supplying quality mud pumps and mud pump parts. The made-in-China F Series mud pumps can meet the requirements of the same manufacturing technique and quality level as those of F series mud pumps of EMSCO, IDECO, GARDNER DENVOR, OILWELL etc. Now, F series mud pumps (from F-500 to F-2200) have been produced in batches and sold to many abroad oilfields.
KINGWELL OILFIELD export-orientated mud pump parts, including discharge Bladder, cylind, Piston assembly, liner, cylinder assembly, piston rod, 2S gear oil pump, ceramic liner, flange shear relief valve, (value insert assy)valve seat, flashboard assy, crosshead, oil seal, oil seal ring, rod packing, fluid ends etc. All of them meet or exceed DIN and API standards and have been exported to U.K., Germany, USA, Canada, Pakistan, Middle East, and so on.We also supply mud pump parts according to drawings or samples supplied by our customers.
F series mud pump is applicable to the requirement of high pressure in oil field andhigh displacement technologh of well drilling with its solid and compacts structure, small vollume and outstanding operation performance.
Fseries mud pump has long stroken maintaining operation at lower frequency resulting in enhancing the performance of giving water effectively and prolonging the life time of the consumable hydrokinetic parts. Tha air -suction kit is advanced instructure and reliable at operation to reach the optimized absorbing target ofair suction into line pipe.
F series pump powering side adopts the combined lubrication of forced and flashing lubrication featured with reliable lubrication and adding the operation life time of powering part. This series pump is widely use in oil field and other lines of industrial and mining enterprises, operation of drilling well andwell repairing etc F-1600 mainly with the adapted drilling machine 45-80. The series pump is produced strictly according to API Spec 7K the Equipment Specification of well drilling and repairing, and performed the EX-Word test under the specification thereof.
