Product Introduction:
Rotary dryer is the most widely used dryer in mining machinery. It's applied to dry metal and nonmetal magnetic, gravity and flotation concentrate, clay in cement industry, slurry in coal industry, slag, limestone, coal and other chemical materials. It has left and right transmission types divided by the transmission position and downstream and upstream types divided by the flow direction of medium and materials.
Working Principle:
The heat supply is self-combustion device. This dryer adopts downstream heating method. Therefore, materials float into the shell through the feeding box and chute, that is, they are pushed back by spiral lifting board. Due to its oblique placement, materials flow behind by gravity and rotation and are lifted repeatedly as well, forming an even curtain inside the shell. Thus, the heat exchanger is achieved and materials are dried up.
