Regarding the pressure produced by vacuum suction as the drive, the filter is consisted of dispenser head, transmission structure and discharge structure. There are many axially separated filter chambers. The speed-variable motor drives the body to revolve. The filter immerses in the slurry. The chamber is pumped to form negative pressure by vacuum. The liquid of the slurry enter into the chamber through the filter cloth and is discharged out by dispenser head. The solid materials which adhere on the cloth are filter cakes. The dispenser head separates dry filter zone, dehydrate zone, discharge zone and filter cloth cleaning zone. The dispenser head controls all filter chambers and materials get through all these areas in turn to become filter cakes during the rotation.
Performance Characteristics:1.Good washing effect. It can achieve multistage horizontal or upstream washing, evenly and thoroughly. The pregnant liquid and washing liquid can be collected or recycled according to the need.
