Vertical vibrating centrifuge is vertical vibrating discharge machine. The main body is comprised of screen basket, spiral discharge rotor, bell jar and distribution disk. It's mainly applied to dewater coal of 0.5mm-75mm in coal preparation plant and water separation of other materials.

  Working Principle:

Materials enter into the bottom of the screen basket through the chute and accelerate to the rate of the basket under the friction. Because the screen basket moves spirally and vertically, materials will move upward to the discharging zone along the screen wall under the vibrating force. The whole process achieves centrifugal dewatering and continuous discharging as horizontal vibrating dewatering centrifuge.
