Introduction:
PF series impact crusher is the new developed impact crusher
in our company. We work together with advanced domestic/ foreign R&D
department after researching the gravel industry and mining conditions in China. It
adopts the latest manufacturing techniques and unique structural design. The
finished products are cubes, which are nice granular shape and without tension
crack. This kind of crusher can be used as the class II crushing plant or fine
crushing plant for gravel production line.
PF impact crusher is mainly made of chassis, rotor, impact rack and motor, etc.
The rotor has a greater rotational inertia with low power consumption. It uses
high chrome blow bar (Mn13, Cr2) which is shock resistance and wear resistance.
By this way it extends the using life of wearing parts
effectively.
Working principle:
The impact crusher crushes materials with impact force. When
the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed
impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for
secondary crush. Then the material will be shot back to the blow bar again for
the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed, then
discharge from the discharge port. By adjusting the gap between the impact rack
and rotor rack, we can change the finished material size and their shape.
