Coal-fired Organic Heat Carrier Boiler is also called coal fired thermal oil boiler.

Organic heat carrier boiler is a new type heating equipment that can save energy and reduce emission. It uses coal as fuel and heat transfer oil as heat carrier (such as L-QB, L-QC, L-QD). It uses circulating oil pump to make heat carrier cycling forcibly, after that the heat carrier return to the boiler be reheated tot use. The highest temperature that coal-fired organic heat carrier boiler can supply is 340, and the working pressure is under 0.8Mpa, so it is safe and reliable.

Characteristics of coal fired organic heat carrier boiler

1. Use lower working pressure to get higher temperature.

2. A wide range of heating temperature, it can process stable heating and precise temperature adjustment between 250℃ to 340.

3. The thermal efficiency can be maintained at an optimum standard under the different levels of load.

4. Liquid circulation, the steam pressure of 300℃ heat carrier is three times lower than the steam pressure of the saturated water.

5. The system has perfect adjusting and controlling devices such as operation monitoring and security monitoring devices.

6. It saves oil, water, power and has lower consumption. The investment costs can be recouped during 6 to 9 months.
