When working, after the first pressurizing,the upper mould will arise 10mm to let the adobe discharged air fully,then do the next pressurization to forming the bricks. thus the mould performance life is long and the product quality is good.
The machine also characterized of compact structure, high capacity, stable performance. It could be installation for working alone, but need manpower load and unload the clay blank. We suggest equipped with our automatic feeder manipulator and automatic discharge manipulator, make up a production line with extruder, automatic cutter, conveyor. Box feeder and other machines.
