Specifications
The 60P00 Series high pressure
bypass control valve is a high differential pressure control valve with special
structures. The control valve has the function of starting the control valve,
pressure reducing bypass valve and safety valve. It can realize fast automatic
tracking and over-pressure protection, and the boiler safety valve is saved.
The valve can realize fast starting within 6 seconds. Through adjusting the
steam pressure, the control system of the electric actuator can be suited to
parameter starting, stopping and running of the unit under different service
conditions. After load shedding by the unit, the boiler may not stop
immediately and can start running again within several minutes after the
malfunction is eliminated. Thus, not only the starting and stopping times of
the boiler are reduced, but heat impact on the turbine is reduced. The
adjustment of desuperheater water is quickly linked to the high pressure
bypass, so that temperature and pressure are lowered to a great extent, and the
bulky temperature and pressure reducing systems and equipment in power plants
are reduced. Therefore, the valve is an important control valve in reheating
unit bypass systems of large volume units.
