Complete steps of  Quick lime Processing

 

1) crushing processing

If the raw material size is large than 40mm, it need crusher for breaking first.

 

2) preheating system

A a vertical preheater is placed in the end of rotary kiln, use fully the hot air produced by rotary kiln burning, preheat material first, and part of material decompose, such improve the capacity 40% and heat efficiency 30% , compare with the traditional kiln.

 

3) calcine processing

chemical reaction happened under the condition of 1250 degree in the rotary kiln, dust collects are used to protect environment

 

4) cooling processing

rotary cooler is used to cool material temprature lower than 250 degree

 

5) packing processing
