Our new developed Low Thermal Conductivity of Anti-spalling Brick DDR-45 is the substitute of KBL-70 and silicon-mullite bricks, which are the materials of preheater and decomposition zone of cement kiln. Based on our patent technology of compond bricks, after continuous technical test and innovation, the unique performance of refractory raw materials was made. Based on this material, the new developed product comparing with the anti-spalling  alumina bricks KBL-70 or silicon-mullite bricks, reduced the bulk density, and its thermal expansion properties and thermal shock resistance are strengthened, its alkali resistance is much better and it has low thermal conductivity. It can meet the requirements of large scale development of cement kiln. Due to reduce the bulk density, it can reduce the material purchasing cost and the kiln load,which aslo lower the system power consumption. As the lower thermal conductivity, the kiln heat loss will be reduced, which can saving energy and reducing consumption.
