JN planetary concrete mixers introduction:
JN planetary concrete mixers are also named as planetary forced concrete mixers whose mixing blades rotation can constantly cover entire mixing drum zone, will obtain high mixing concrete productivity with different kinds and specific gravity of aggregates. It has 12 mixer models from JN50 mini concrete mixers  to JN4000 large planetary mixers for different concrete mixers capacity.
JN planetary concrete mixers features:
1. Revolution and rotation mixing theory of mixing system ensure homogenous mixed concrete in a short time.
2.Mixing system composed of one mixing shaft and several groups of mixing blades can cover whole mixing region to eliminate " mixing dead zone" .
3. No concrete leakage for special transmission system installed at the top of mixing tank, is completely separated from the concrete mixing system.
4. Transmission device adopts special reducer with carbonized gears and elastic coupling or hydraulic coupler is installed between motor and reducer to guarantee starting normally even when fullload condition.
5.Open mixer feeding door automatically when optional aggregate lifting hopper discharge aggregate; close automatically when lifting hopper descending to prevent dust produced when mixing from spillover to protect environment.
