After sales service

 

1.Warranty: host warranty shall be 24 months, power module warranty shall be 6months

The frame cuttingknife warranty shall be 6 months ( except the cutting blade, Motor rods,

wire stripper ect. consumables).

 

2.We will guide you through the telephone in 2 hours when the machines failure, but if it

 can not be solved, the machines can be send to the company, and they will be send 

back after received the machine in a working days.

 

 3.During the warranty period , once the mahines have the quality problem, broken small 

parts will be exchanged for free. Expiration Of guarantee time or artificial damage,they

need to pay for the material cost, freight charge and so on.
