Applications: It is an effectivechemical peptizer for NR and SBR. It is specially suitable for mixing at high temperature over 120°C. It can reduce the milling time greatly and there by can save the power consumption, and it has litter effect on the aging properties of rubber products While improving the process ability. It isn't blooming from rubber. Peptizer P-22 disperses readily in rubbe rand should be added at the beginning of the mixing cycle, using either internal mixers or open mills. Recommended dosage levels in NR are0.05 to 0.5 phr ,andin SBR are 0.5 to 3.0 phr. |
