Application: the oil detector cable (geophysical prospecting cable) is essential in oil exploration. Seismic exploration is the most common way in oil exploration now. The fundamental is to use man-made earthquake to produce vibration signals in earth layer, then use the seismic detectors which are settled in different locations to receive signals, then process and explain the signals. According to the signal frequency, amplitude and speed to analysis the layer properties, structures and so on, to judge whether there is oil source and reservoir conditions, finally provide the drilling location.

Conductor: multi-strand stranded bare Cu wire conductor

Insulation: PVC insulated for core wire

Power wire and control wire: TPE sheath

Color: green for signal cable; orange for power cable

Shield: aluminum tape wrapped and Cu wire braid shielded

Outer sheath: super PUR, PVC compound material

Feature: good mechanical properties, high softness; working life: 5 million times cyclic bending used as drag chain. The cable could be made into color core or the coding core as the customers' requirements.

Process description: the conductor is by many tiny strands of first grade anaerobic Cu wire stranded that meets to the DIN VDE 0295 grade 6; the insulation material is PVC and PU compound that meets VDE 0281 part 1; PVC sheath and TM2 PU meets VDE 0281 part 1; Finally, process the using simulation test.
