Blue sheath intrinsic safety shielded computer cable
Application: the cable has low capacity, low inductance, excellent shield property, interference resistance, incombustibility, acid and alkali resistance properties. The structure is designed for intrinsic safety anti-explosion, fit to the bridge laying, install in the cable trench and bury directly. It is used to the distributed system, automated test system which required anti-explosion and the severe service environment and computer control cable which requires high anti-explosion safety property.
Standard: product up to TICW/06-2009; equivalence up to BS5308; flame retardant up to GB12666-90.
Use terms:
Max working temperature: for PE insulation is 70 Celsius degree; for XLPE insulation is 90 Celsius degree; for low smoke zero halogen POis 70 Celsius degree; for low smoke zero halogen flame retardant XLPO is 90 and 125 Celsius degree; for F46 insulation is 200 Celsius degree; for imported PFA insulation is 260 Celsius degree.
Working voltage: AC rated 300/500kv
Minimum environment temperature:
for PVC sheath, fixed installation is -40 Celsius degree; unfixed installation is -15 Celsius degree.
For PVDF and silicone rubber sheath: fixed installation is -60 Celsius degree; unfixed installation is -25 Celsius degree.
Installation environment temperature: no lower than 0 Celsius degree (high temperature type is no lower than -25 Celsius degree).
Minimum bending radius: 6*overall diameter for unarmored cable; 12*overall diameter for Cu tape shielded or the steel tape armored cable.
