Application:

used for power transmission on lifter, basket, tower crane these kind mobile devices; used as power connection wire between mobile equipments; excellent weather proof property; used as control cable on driving handles.

Mechanical property:

Core wire could be told out according to the color or the numbers. The bending property is excellent. The outside shape could be round or flat. The insulation material and the sheath material are wearing-proof bending resistance tear resistance compound material.

Cable conductor permissible long time working temperature: for PVC insulation and TPU insulation no higher than 70; for silicone rubber insulation no higher than 180.

Cable working lowest temperature: for PVC insulation no lower than 0; for PVC compound and TPU insulation no lower than -20. for silicone rubber insulation no lower than -40.

Fixed installation temperature: -10 to 70  mobile installation: -5 to 70

Working voltage: 300/500v   bending radius: 8*width

Cable moving speed: for PVC, PVC and TPU insulation no higher than 15m/s; for silicone rubber insulation no higher than125m/s.

Means AC rated voltage 0.6/1kv, PVC compound insulation, silicone rubber sheath, mobile flat cable, 3 cores, section35mm2.

The special towing cable could be produced according to the customers' requests. The core number is from 1 to 60. The single core section is from0.08mm2 to6mm2.
