RVVZZA-RVV is fire retardant soft cable, which is widely used in transit and distribution system on communication stations and high buildings.

RVVZ22ZA-RVV22 is fire retardant steel tape armored cable, which is used in air, pipe, indoor cable trench and buried underground directly.

Fire retardant property: the flame is within a limited range; the residual flame will die out by itself in limited time.

The system working voltage is permitted over the nominal voltage 10%. If the cable rated voltage is no lower than the system nominal voltage, the cable could work under the voltage that is higher 10% than the rated voltage.

Working voltage: 450/750v, 600/1000v.

Long time permissible working temperature for the conductor: 70

Environment temperature when at installation: no lower than 0.

Minimum bending radius: 6*overall diameter for flame retardant unarmored cable; 20*overall diameter for armored cable.

Railway communication cable adopts the advanced leather-bubble-leather three layers insulation structure; the conductor leather thickness is 0.01mm, which is used to reinforce the bonding strength between the conductor and the insulation, increase the moisture resistance lengthways. The middle tier is physical foam layer which the cells are well-distributed, fine, different to each other; the out layer is solid layer and the thickness is0.05mmwhich is used to reinforce the mechanical property and the moisture resistance performance.
