RVV-NBR crane drum cable

The cable is used as connection wire and control cable on lifters and cranes, used by electric equipments installation in dry or moisture indoor or outdoor places.

There are loaded jute rope between the core wires and one layer non-woven fabric as the buffer, the imported spinning nylon yarn could be used for the super high and long situation. It has excellent tensile strength property, tear resistance and softness. And so the cable is good and safe in use.

Conductor: multi-strand super thin stranded anaerobic naked Cu wire, up to VDE0295 class 5.

Insulation: special mixed butyronitrile PVC soft insulation.

Color: colorful color and number marks, up to code JISC3306.

Inner liner: special non-woven fabric wrapped as buffer.

Reinforce: multi-strand jute rope filler

Sheath: 70 Celsius degree mixed weather resistance PVC sheath (RAL 9005 ).

The top end should be installed firstly, free hang out for days to eliminate the interior stress completely, and then fix the lower end in the cable installation.

Rated voltage: AC rated 300/500v; test voltage: 2500v.

Use temperature: -35 to 80 for fixed installation; -20 to 70 for movable installation.

Bending radius: 10*overall diameter.
