PUR drag chain cable

Application: used on the installation of the free continuous reciprocate moving which is in dry or moisture indoor, no strong stress controlled-release or forcible lead. Or the frequent  bending places like machine tool equipments, wood working machines, logistic transmission system, robots, cranes and so on. Because of the short strand step, the cable has excellent crosstalk resistance property, suits to be used as high speed signal return wire.

Feature: water proof, oil proof, cold resistance, fire retardant, bending life 8 million times. The cable suits to be used in the fast moving places.

Conductor: multi-strand anaerobic Cu wire stranded, up to VDE0295 class 6.

Insulation: special butyronritrile PVC mixd material or the TPE ( as requst)

Sheath: special motified PVC sheath   black(RAL9005)  gray(RAL7001) orange(RAL2003)

Color: for smaller than 0.5mm  black brown blue purple pink orange; for bigger than0.5mmblack number white code, olivine earth line for the 3 cores and more.

Sheath: PUR color black  gray  orange

Test voltage: 2500v

Use temperature: -50 to 105 for fixed installation; -30 to 90 for movable installation.

Minimum bending radius: 5*overall diameter for fixed installation; 7.5*overall diameter for movable installation when the journey is less than10m; 10*overall diameter for movable installation when the journey is more than 10m.
