Machining of Machinable Glass Ceramic
The most typical feature is its machinability, it can reach high accuracy without mold, will greatly reduce design and processing cycle. With ordinary metal working tools, various parts of complex shape can be completed by turning, milling, planing, drilling, grinding, cutting and tapping, and can reach a high precision. No special tool or equipment is needed.

1. On machinability: electrical and thermal insulation pads, insulating supports, heat supports for mechanical equipment
2. On electrical insulation: key parts for lightning
3. On thermal shock resistance: soldering fixture, secondary forming mold for optical glass
4. On ultra-low vacuum outgassing rate: vacuum coating supports for vacuum equipment or photovoltaic industry
5. On corrosion resistance: Introduced rods, hanging for crude oil desalting electrode
6. On electromagnetic property: bobbins for missile gyroscopes
