Description

  OF-1055 resin is a brominated p-tert-octylphenol formaldehyde heat reactive resin, equivalent to similar foreign products of 1055. The clotting of OF-1055 is decreased during transit and storage because of higher softening point.

   OF-1055 resin is made on a large scale, resulting in slight quality difference between batches.

   OF-1055 is safe in use, with a faint halogen odor. It is soluble in toluene, xylene, acetone etc.

Application

OF-1055 is a curing agent for the rubber of low unsaturation value especially IIR and EPDM. OF-1055 resin easily disperses and operates, giving faster sulfurizing speed, no need of activator, simple composition, and good scorch safety.

OF-1055 resin is used for bladders, bottle stopper, seals, heat-resistant gasket, roll, pressure sensitive adhesives. The recommended dosage is 1.5~8 phr. 

Package and Storage

In paper/plastic combined sack with inner film bag, 25 kg net each. Store indoor, drying and ventilating.
