Glass Tempering Oven
LD-AB JetConvection series F&B bi-directional glass tempering Ovens adopt Jetconvection heating technology and they both have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section that lie on both sides of the heating Machine. By loading the glass in different direction, the Machine can temper both flat and bent glass.Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

FEATURE
1. There are flat tempering section and B bending tempering section on both sides of the heating section; by loading the glass in different direction, the furnace can temper flat or bent glass;
2. Hard shaft bending rollers bend the glass lengthwise;
3. The bending mechanism consists of many bending devices, and each bending device can not only camber by itself, can also be slightly adjusted separately, therefore, radian with high accuracy can be reached;
4. Bending system is controlled by German servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency;
5. Equipped with JetConvection heating system, it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, ultra clear glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
