LD-AC JetConvection series F&B bi-directional glass tempering Machines adopt Jetconvection heating technology and they both have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section that lie on both sides of the heating Machine. By loading the glass in different direction, the Machine can temper both flat and bent glass.Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.03) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

FEATURE
1. There are flat tempering section and C bending tempering section on both sides of the heating section; by loading the glass in different direction, the furnace can temper flat or bent glass;
2. Bending mechanism is controlled by servo system and the different desired curve can be achieved by just inputting different radii of the different bent glass;
3. Due to adoption of the servo control in bending system, the bent tempered glass has good repeatability. Furthermore, there is bolt for slightly adjusting T shape seriated plate for perfect bent glass;
4. The chillers with computer optimized nozzles arrangement consist of many nozzle blocks made of profiled aluminum bar, which not only ensures even blowing, but also minimizes air marks.
