ZSY and ZLY Hard-surface Cylindrical Gear Reducer conforms to JB/TB8853-1999 standard. The gear accuracy reaches level 6. The gear and the axis adopts high-quality low carbon alloy steel carburized and quenched. The hardness of gear surface reaches 58-62HRC. It has many advantages such as great carrying capability, high transmission efficiency, compacted structure, and good operational reliability. It can be applied to industries such as metallurgical mine, hoisting and transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile and light industry.
