   Carboxyl methyl Cellulose(CMC) is made from natural cotton fibers or wood pulp, through etherification, purification and drying process to made anionic cellulose ether, and It is widely used in food industry as thickener and stabilizer.

    For the food industry, the food industry with high degree of substitution of CMC for ice cream, canned food, quick cooking thickener, beer foam stabilizer, in the processing of jam, syrup, fruit syrup, snacks, ice cream drinks such as thickener, binder or due to shape agent.
