Vacuum Cold Crucible Levitation Melting and Casting Furnace can enable you produce the high quality and high purity Titanium and Titanium alloy materials. Since the titanium is very reactive, it attacks all ceramic crucible, but our system uses the water cooled copper crucible with does not react with molten metal pool and the molten metal pool is levitated in crucible thus the melting process without crucible contamination, additionally our furnace can eliminate gas and inclusion, provide strong electromagnetic force stirring to the melt, achieve stable & high melting temperature, provide high superheat degree, accept different shape of raw materials(no need electrode), etc. Compared with other melting methods VAR, EBM, Induction melting, our furnace has many advantages.
