Introduction:

The XCF and KYF series flotation machine are all belonging pneumatic flotation machine. They have impeller with smaller diameter, low peripheral speed and can reduce 30-50% energy consumption; The air inside the groove can evenly dispersed because equipped with air distributor; The impeller act as a centrifugal pump to make the granular fully suspending; The groove have U type to reduce tail sand settlement to the least; The impeller structure and gap between each impeller have reasonable designing, so that the wearing of impeller is evenly to keep the impeller and stator with long service life.

The KYF series flotation machine is unable to suction the slurry automatically, but have lower energy consumption; The XCF series flotation machine able to suction slurry automatically, can be located horizontally without foam pump but have more energy consumption compare with the KYF series. Therefore, generally combine the XCF and KYF into a set, XCF as the sucking groove, KYF as direct groove. The combined set can be arranged horizontally without foam pump.

Working Principle:

The tank is made as u type, reducing sand settlement to the least .Due to reasonable design of the impeller structure and the impeller space, impeller wearing is even. So the service life of the impeller and stator are extended. Model KYF is unable to spontaneously suck slurry, while has low power consumption. In contrast, model XCF has the ability to automatically suck slurry, and may be allocated horizontally without needing foam pump, but consumes more power than model KYF. Therefore, model XCF and model KYF are combined into a set, such as XCF as the sucking tank, and KYF as the direct tank. The combined set can be arranged horizontally without foam pump either.
