Operating Principle:
Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machinery with the use of impact energy to crush material. When operating, the motor drives the rotor in high-speed rotation. Materials strike to the hammer plate and are thrown to the impact device to secondary crushing. Then materials are repeated crushed from the impact plate to hammer plate area. And this process repeats until the fineness is up to the requirements. Adjustment of the clearance between the back frame and rotor can achieve the purpose of changing discharging granularity and shape of the material.
