Contaminated surfaces should be cleaned with a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and water mixture, A clean lint-free cloth should be used.
Application:Shake primer 952 well before using:
1.Apply a thin uniform coating to the bonding surface using the minimum amount that will fully coat the surface, allow cnhybond 952 primer to dry thoroughly before applying tape. this is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature, Be sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants prior to applying the tape. Porous surfaces may require 2 application of CNHYBOND 952 primer for uniform coverage and good adhesion.
2.Allow first application of primer to dry before applying the second coat, cnhybond primer 952 may be applied with brush or swab,it can also be applied with a pressurized flow gun, knurled roller or other similar type of application equipment.
3.Drying Time
Drying time generally depends on the temperature, humidity, thickness of coating.
Normal drying time:1-15minutes
the best drying time:2-8minutes(23℃,moisture 65%)
Keep coating surface clean while operating.
4.Stick double sided tapes
Stick double sided tapes to the surface of coating, and press it strongly.
