SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-system sintered flux, with the mesh 10-60 (2.0-0.3mm).
It has great capacities of sulphur removal, phosphor removal and anti-rust.
The technology has good performance, easy to deslag and with fine appearance of weld even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance.
The metal welding seam has good metal plastic toughness, with low diffusion of hydrogen and fine properties of cold and heat crack resistance.
Usage:
It can be applied to different welding wires and is fit for welding of low-carbon steels and low-alloy steels.
It can be used for fast welding of pipeline steels and for welding of thick wall structures of different high-tensile steels.
