Hot Air Dryer:

Hot air dryer, also called hot air stirring dryer or airflow dryer, adopts biaxial agitation and spiral propulsion to dry materials with high moisture content and high viscosity. It can reduce the moisture content of materials from 65% to 5%-12% at one time generally within 2 to 20 minutes. Hot air dryer is typically used in drying high-moisture content materials like sludge, gypsum, slurry, bentonite, peat and tombarthite,also in organic and inorganic compounds drying and chemistry materials drying. Thematerials' final granularity is 2-5mm. During production, the materialstemperature is not high, so it is also suitable for the heat sensitive materials.

Hot Air Dryer Working Principle:

The high-speed mixing blades can stir the wet materials fully, creating good environmentfor materials contact with hot air. The moisture is evaporated faster in the firsthalf of hot air dryer, cooling down the hot air quickly. So even if hot air stirring dryer uses high-temperature hot air, the temperature of the material is not high.

The standard cycled air heater produced by Fote Machinery applies a patented heat sink whose continuous inlet hot air at 230℃ (higher temperature can be customized for you). The air volume can be controlled by frequency converter, showing its advantages like energy saving, high controll ability and little heat loss. In addition, the remote switch (6m) and motor protector (economical) is available for selection.
