2.Basic configuration:

 

1),Headbox

Open type headbox/air-cushioned headbox with rectangle-taper manifold,step-hole    plate diffuser,  distributor roll

surface  of  headbox  (incl:  distributor  roll)  exposed  to  stock  is  mirror-polished.

 

2).Wire section

Comprised  of  wire  frame,  walking  board,  white  water  pan,  forming  plate,  drainage  foil,  

vacuum  drainage  foil,  wet  suction  box,  suction  box,  breast  roller  support  and  lifter,  vacuum  

couch  roller,  wire-driving  roller,  wire-leading  roller,  compound  roller,  scraper,  spray  tube,
