Vibating Feeder Introduction:

The vibrating grizzly screen feeder ( vibrating feeder ) is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow, and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly, also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line.

 

principle of operation 

this machine passes the adjustable speed motor's major movement to the eccentric axle by the 

triangel belt , the eccentric axle connects the machine body by the bearing and the seat, passing the 

adjustable speed motor's rotatory movements to the body , then makes use of the front pivot point andspring to turn the rotatory movements into the full vibration realize the aim of feeding.
