Instruction:
Axial inner pressure steel corrugated pipes and usual inner steel corrugated pipes are mainly used for Compensating axial displacement,and also could compensate a few horizontal displacement,and the composition of axial and horizontal,and can compensate the angular displacement,but this function is not used often.
The compensation length of this series product belongs to single-corrugated pipe.If being changed to double-corrugated pipe,the compensation length can increase dramatically.
Principles:
1) Compensating and absorbing pipeline axial, lateral and angular to the thermal deformation.
2) Absorbing equipment vibration, reducing equipment vibration effects on pipelines.
3) Absorbing earthquake, subsidence deformation of pipeline.
Classification of corrugated pipe :
1) According to whether can absorb piping within the medium pressure generated by the thrust (blind plate force), steel expansion bellows can be divided into no constraint expansion bellows and constraint expansion bellows;
2) According to the displacement type of expansion bellows, it can be divided into axial type, horizontal type expansion bellows, and angular type expansion bellows and pressure balance type expansion bellows.
Application of corrugated pipe :
1) Large deformation and the deformation but spatial location limited pipeline.
2) Large deformation and displacement but low pressured large diameter pipes.
3) Be restricted to take over the load equipment.
4) Asked to absorb or high frequency mechanical vibration of pipeline.
