l.Our machine can process EVA/ New PVB/ TPU laminated glass.

This machine keeps only one in domestic which could adopt NEW PVB/TPU/EVA film as interlayer to produce architectural laminated glass, top grade decorative laminated glass, bulletproof laminated glass, armored glass, etc. The similar machines from other local suppliers can produce EVA glass lamination only.

 

2.What's more, our machine produces curved tempered laminating glass in one step, no need autoclave and pre-pressing machine. Max bending height reaches 400mm. If you have autoclave, our laminating glass equipment could work with it to produce curved safety glass easily and economically.  

3. Adopts Germany Infrared Heating Technology;

It adopts carbon fiber far infrared heating system. Each layer has independent heating system, heat up faster. Only need 3-5 seconds for 1 degree. Turbo blower ensures hot air to circulate inside the furnace, temperature inside the furnace is equal and temperature difference does not exceed 2℃. 

It greatly improve heating efficiency and save electricity by 50%.  

4. Product yield 99%;

Our patented heating system and stable vacuum system can ensure 99% product yield. The most important thing is that we also give you the operation parameters and technical training for different glasses, Accurate parameter is essential for high product yield. In other words, saving money is earning money.

5. Only 0.5kwh for 1 M2 laminated glass;

Take the most popular 4 floors for example, One batch can process 72 sqm, need about 70 minutes, only use 26kw/hour. So you can calculate: 70 minutes use 30kw electric, 30/72=0.42kw. It will save you a lot energy.

6. Only 2000sqm laminated glass order can repay your investment.

You can get back your investment very quick by using this machine because of the high efficiency and energy saving a lot. Usually if you have an order around 5000 sqm(take  architectural laminated glass for example, 5mm glass+0.38mm film+5mm glass ), you can earn US$30000 in half a month(eight-hour day) .
