1.Put raw material into reactor by auto feeder, then close feeding door.

2.Make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min.

3.Burned the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around 80℃, oil gas will come out.

4.The oil gas will through catalyst chamber and condenser pipe,getting to the water oil separator.Some water of the tyres will sink to the bottom,and the oil will float on the water.Then about 65% oil will flow to the first oil tank.

5.The other gas will go to cooling system,it through slowly and have a good recycle in horizontal condenser.Then we will get about 35% oil flow to the second oil tank.

6.Some incondensable gas which can't cool down will be get to the anti-back fire device,then it will be recycled to the heating system,used to heat reactor which can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is OK. 

7.When the temperature get to about 300℃, there are no tyre in the reactor,and the oil will come out over.At this time,we will stop heating,when the temperature fall down to 100℃- 150℃. Then open the door of carbon black discharging system,and make it rotate anticlockwise, the carbon black will get to the pool automatically.

8. After discharging carbon black,open the vacuum pump device.Release the air inside the furnace,avoiding to catch fire.

9.When the temperature deduce to about 50℃, we can opened the door of reactor take steel wire out.
10. And then you can start the next batch.

8-10 hours for the tyre becoming gas and cooling become oil

4 hours for cooling the reactor and discharging carbon black

2 hours for extracting the steel wire

Does waste gas from pyrolysis plant has polution? 

No, waste gas from pyrolysis plant has no polution, we are using exaust gas recycling system. The uncondensable gas will be recycled to heat the reactor again.It can reduce our cost of fuel material.

 

How long is the service life of pyrolysis plant's rector? 

Reactor is the main part of the pyrolysis plant, it determines the service life of the whole machine. So reactor's quality is very very important. It not only determine the service life of the reactor, but also determine the safety, because the whole machine, only here have the fire and pressure. How we ensure our reactor's quality?
We do from the beginning. We have laboratory testing the quality of steel. Every time we buy steel, we must test them in our laboratory to see whether it is standard Q245R boiler plate. In our laboratory, there are steel impact test cryogenic tank, steel plate tensile test, steel impact tester and so on all for testing the quality of the steel. Then we have the fully automatic CNC laser cutting machine to cut the steel and use the submerged automatic arc welding to weld the steel automatically. Then use the X-ray test for welding crack line. Once get through, then we go on. So we are very sure about our machine's quality, usually the reactor can use 5-7 years.

What safeguards do you have on your waste tyre pyrolysis plant?

Our waste tyre pyrolysis plant is operated at near zero pressure.
 For further safety:
1.We have 2 pressure valves(one is in front of reactor and the other is behind of the reactor), and one alarm bell. We set a number on the pressure gage, like 0.3-0.4mpa, once the pressure of the waste tire pyrolysis machine reach this number, alarm bell will ring, if there is no one around the waste tyre pyrolysis plant, pressure valve will open automatically to release the pressure inside the pyrolysis reactor.
2. Oil-water device. There is water inside the oil-water device, gas pipe is under the surface of water, because the pressure of water, the oil gas cannot go back to reactor, which can prevent the gas reflux to the reactor and avoid blast.
3.Water seal device.The function of water seal device is the same with oil-water device.
4. Vaccum system. Vacuum system is the special devices of our waste tyre pyrolysis plant, which can ensure the whole plant, operate under a negative pressure, and escape the hazard of high pressure in the inner system.
