Benefits of small diameter inclinometer
1) Available for the measurement in deep well and small drill tools with high temperature: The diameter of standard external protecting barrel is only 25mm. Assembled with thermal insulation protecting barrel, the maximum pressure bearing capacity is 220MPa and the maximum working temperature is 260 ℃.(See details in below table).
2) Low power consumption design, long working hours: With the low power consumption design, a fully charged battery can guarantee a continuous working for more than 80 hours.
3) Precise measurement, stable and reliable performance: The probe-tube is adopted with high-precision acceleration sensor, which is in high linearity, good repeatability and other characteristics to ensure the probe-tube to get accurate and reliable measurement data.
4) Particular Power-off protection: It will not affect the instrument's normal work if there is a sudden outage caused by special strong vibration or impact, which increases the success rate of the measurement.
5) Good resistance to impact and vibration: The instrument is radially and axially equipped with multistage buffering devices, such as rubber, springs, hydraulic anti-seismic shock absorber, which effectively improves the impact resistance as well as the vibration resistance of the instrument.
Features of Fixed-point inclinometers:
Fixed-point instrument can start measuring as long as the instrument arrives at the well bottom. Compared with traditional timing measurement mode, it obviously saves the survey time, reduces the drill cost, and guarantees a successful measurement data in just one shot.
1) Navigation software, precise guidance: the navigational controller will guide the user to operate the instrument with proper and accurate tips, which can guarantee a successful measuring data in just one shot and saves a lot of time.
2) Accurate response, screw measurement: When the instrument arrives at the measurement point, mark the transitory quiescent time from the rest of the drilling tools to the float-up time of the instrument after the pump stops, thus it will realize the accurate measurement under screw drilling condition.
3) No need timing, simple operating steps: Technicians no longer need to worry about how long the timing should be.
4) Avoid hurried operation: No hurried preparation work before the instrument down into the well.
5) No need to wait, start survey while arriving at the bottom: The instrument will start survey once it arrives at the well bottom.
