1.    Main introduction

This equipment can be used to produce egg tray, egg carton/box, fruit tray, coffee tray, etc. According to the layer of the drying line, there are type A and type B. Type A equipped with single layer drying line, and type B equipped with multi layer drying line. According to the customer's condition, the finished products can be dried under the sunshine without drying line.

1). Production line occupation: about 400m², Requirement for the workshop: height≥4.5m Width≥12m Width≥30m

2). Total power for the production line: 80kw

3). Workforce for the production line: 2-4people/shift

4). Main parts adopted are with international brand which are reliable in quality and convenient in after sales service. And energy saving is the most distinctive feature of ZH equipments compared with congener equipments internationally.

5). All the water are recycled used in the production and the raw materials is waste paper, so the water should be changed in certain time. For the countries that lack of water, a water purifying system is recommended.

6). The supplier will be responsible for the instruction in installation, test running and training. Warranty: one year since finishing the installation for free.

7). The equipments equipped in this production line are supposed to the production of 30-cell egg trays. If the users plan to produce egg cartons, cup carriers or fruit trays etc. They should add the hot pressing, labeling or printing equipment and other auxiliary equipments. 1.       Main equipments

1. Pulping system

  Hydrapulper, 1.7M³, 22kw; vibration screen, 0.9㎡, 3kw, agitator; pulp pump, water pump, control cabinet for pulping system, etc.

 

2. Forming system

 Including one set of reciprocate forming machine; Vacuum auto drain system and auto control cabinet. One piece of forming platen and transferring platen equipped. Platen size: 1200 X 800mm. It can be mounted 6set of 30-cell egg tray mold on the platen. Cycle time: 4-5times/min

 

3. Drying system

 Outline dimension: 12080x2950x3600mm; Single layer conveying chain, one burner with French or Italian brand; The energy for option: LPG, GAS, diesel oil, Equipped with auto control cabinet.

 

 4.Subsidiary Equipments

 Vacuum pump, 30KW/1 set; air compressing system: air compressor(11KW/1 set),air dryer; air filter and air storage tank.
