Product descriptions:

• Cationic surface sizing agent TK-SA80 is styrene ester copolymer of a new generation of products
• It can effectively combine with starch, giving starch coating good crosslinking intensity and hydrophobic properties
• Product is small amount to add, low cost and convenient to use
• It also has good film-forming, can significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush compression resistance of cardboard paper and corrugated paper

Performance features:

• Effectively improve the water resistance and ring crush compression resistance of cardboard paper and corrugated paper, no aging period and uneasy to get damp
• It can completely replace internal sizing agent
• It can be used with the original starch, reducing the production cost
• Excellent mechanical stability, less bubbles in operating process

Applications:

• Dosage: 1.5-3.5 kg per ton of paper. Aluminum sulfate 2-3 kg per ton of paper. PH value of the starch liquid should be controlled under 5
• When using, cooled the starch liquid which is already pasting to below 75℃ and then add the product slowly to material mixing tank when stirring. After stir well, computer sizing, or use the metering pump and join the product continuously before putting starch in sizing machine

Intention: It's inadvisable to store a long time after opening the drum, and prohibit to mix with alkali directly. Rinse when people touch

Storage: Store in a dry room, less than 30℃. Pay attention to prevent frozen and sunscreen
